Beginning with a full-body scan from head to toe, you’ll be gently invited to soften the muscles, quiet the mind, and rest deeply into the present moment. As the wave of relaxation moves through your body, you’ll be guided to extend your awareness downward - sending roots deep below your feet and into the nourishing embrace of the earth.
This visualization anchors you into a somatic sense of safety, presence, and belonging. Whether you’re needing nervous system regulation, support during emotional overwhelm, or simply a moment to return to yourself, this practice offers a steady refuge.
