Hypnosis is a completely natural state of awareness ~ one you likely drift into more often than you realize. It’s that space between waking and dreaming, where your mind is quiet, your body is receptive, and your inner world becomes more vivid and accessible.

For thousands of years and across countless cultures, humans have entered altered states of consciousness to support healing, guidance, and deeper knowing. Hypnosis is simply one way of tuning into that inner intelligence ~ gently, safely, and with intention.


What Happens During Hypnosis?

In a state of hypnosis, we quiet the mental noise ~ what some call the "monkey mind" or inner critic ~ and invite your subconscious forward.

Hypnosis is NOT mind control or losing awareness. You remain fully present and in control, but more open to insight, imagination, and transformation.

As your nervous system settles and your brain shifts into slower rhythms, we begin working with imagery, language, and suggestion to support the changes you're seeking. This may include:
