Psychedelics can be a revolution for the nervous system’s growth.
They invite deep shifts in perception, mood, and meaning ~ but without the proper container, those shifts can be fleeting, overwhelming, or lost in the static of daily life.
That’s where this work lives: in the space between the subtle and the somatic.
I offer psychedelic coaching and somatic hypnotherapy to support your psychedelic journey ~ helping you move beyond protocols and into embodied practice.
Integration is the work of making sense of a psychedelic experience and weaving what you learned into daily life. It's non-clinical, personalized support. My role is not to prescribe or pathologize, but to walk beside you with care, curiosity, and grounded guidance.
We focus on:
Making meaning of what you saw, felt, and remembered
Tracking the subtle, emotional, and body-based shifts that continue after a journey
Settling the nervous system after experiences that felt intense or unfinished
Navigating resistance, confusion, or difficult material with compassion
Creating a rhythm of practice that honors your body, identity, and pace
Integration support is for anyone who has had a meaningful psychedelic experience: at an Oregon licensed service center, in ceremony or retreat, or on their own. Whether your journey was last week or years ago, joyful or hard, you're welcome here. People who microdose are welcome too.
If you haven't journeyed yet, I also offer light preparation: a session to set intentions and practice staying grounded before you go.
I'm not a licensed Oregon psilocybin facilitator. I don't provide, source, or dose substances, and I don't give medical advice. I work with your inner ecosystem, helping you listen to what's already speaking through the body.
Because the subconscious is the soil where change takes root.
Hypnotherapy can help you:
Return to a safe inner sanctuary when a journey left you unsettled
Anchor insights and intentions deep into the nervous system
Gently meet unconscious blocks or fears that surfaced
Work with the messages, images, and symbols that emerged
Reinforce positive shifts through visualization and guided inner exploration
The journey opens the doorway; integration helps you walk through it ~ intentionally, somatically, and in relationship with yourself.
This approach is especially supportive for those navigating trauma, identity shifts, or emotional patterns that don't easily unravel through talk alone.
To touch base, set intentions, ask questions, and see whether we're a good fit.
For integrating a recent experience, revisiting an older one, or light preparation before a journey.
Support across the weeks after a journey: making meaning, settling the body, and weaving insight into daily life. Includes optional hypnotherapy, integration practices, and ritual suggestions.
A transformative space for long-term support. Blends integration, somatic hypnotherapy, dreamwork, and affirming guidance.
If this feels like the right rhythm for you, I invite you to reach out.
Anytime. The first days and weeks are often especially fertile, but integration can begin months or even years later.
Yes. I offer integration support without judgment, wherever your journey took place. I don't advise on obtaining substances.
Difficult experiences are common, and they can become some of the most meaningful material to work with. If you're struggling to sleep, function, or feel safe, please also contact a doctor or mental health professional, or call or text 988. The Fireside Project also offers a non-judgmental Psychedelic Peer Support Line. Find out more at https://firesideproject.org/
Yes, with your permission. Coordinated support often helps.
No. I offer integration and light preparation support only.
This work is anti-extractive. It’s slow. It’s grounded.
It honors the wisdom of Indigenous medicine stewards and does not appropriate their practices.
It does not promise quick-fixes or ego-dissolution. It supports resourcing, repatterning, and reconnection.
I practice from a harm reduction model rooted in mutual aid, accessibility, and deep respect for plant medicines and the communities they come from.
