This course seeks to be a gentle, trauma-informed, nature-rooted space for anyone who feels tender, overwhelmed, or in need of deeper tools for self-regulation.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore the inner landscape of your nervous system ~ its weather, its seasons, its hidden rooms, and learn how to move through that terrain with steadiness and care.

Learn the foundations of somatic regression without reliving or retraumatizing.

Week 5 ~ Reframing Emotional Memory

Give your nervous system a new, believable story rooted in safety and compassion.

Week 6 ~ Collective Care + Integration

Close with co-regulation, community connection, and grounding rituals.
